Not at all! We explain everything in plain everyday language. You don't need to know any technical terms — just describe what's happening and we'll take it from there.
We're based in Auckland and can help anyone in New Zealand over the phone or via video call. For in-person visits, we currently cover the Auckland region only.
We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays. For urgent issues, calling us directly is the fastest way to reach us.
Absolutely. We only collect your name and contact details to respond to your request. We will never share your information with anyone else.
